Alfons Haar, a German owned supplier of parts for road oil tankers have relocated from their existing premises close to Leeds City Centre to Gildersome Spur Industrial Estate. Alfons Haar have taken a four year lease of Unit N1 which provides a modern 6,000 sq. ft distribution warehouse.
Paul Mack at DTZ comments: “Alfons Haar needed better access to the motorway network and wanted a building the represented the quality of their brand. Gildersome Spur provided the perfect solution and we are delighted to land yet another tenant to the estate”.
