Apollo Healthcare who are a leading manufacturer of healthcare products have expanded on the estate by taking a further Unit D1 comprising a further 7,500 sq. ft, whilst at the same time extending their existing lease on Unit A1.
Will Woodhall at GV&Co Property Consultants who negotiated the deal commented: “Unit D1 had been occupied by the same tenant for some 30 years and as such needed an extensive refurbishment. Our client committed to a major programme of works and as a result the unit met Apollo Healthcare requirements.
